                -Second meeting with Sylvia: bring current 3D models for tutorial in abstracted diagrams

                -Francois: topo-Revit, drawing from Eden to place in topo

                -Eden: next iteration of hallway design, continue work in SketchUp

1.0           Introductory discussion and questions with DK.

1.1          Presented important material up to date in order to catch DK up with our project thus far.

1.2          Received feedback from DK on each of our specified subjects and our work as a whole.

1.3          Wrapped up DK meeting with last comments and questions.

1.4          Handed out and filled out mid-review progress reports.

1.5          Reported to KN in her office one at a time to discuss each members progress up to this point while the others continued work.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

NEXT MEETING: 28 March 2013-

·         Continue working on our specified subjects in groups of twos

·         Collaborate and choose one unifying style for all diagrams, designs, color palettes, etc. for presentation purposes

·         Study the precedents of our chosen school designers given to us by KN and DK

·         List of feelings ↔ mind map (Collaboratively Designed Assignment #5)

1.0           Went over information gathered at site visit with Lena.

1.1          Discussed options for going forward.

1.2          Discussed items to be included in thank you note to Lena, including asking for a return visit.

1.3          Looked at examples of how to visually demonstrate ideas.

1.4               Due: March 7^th – 100-200 word short story about elementary school experience

-  11x17 pages with proposal for school at 3 scales: master plan with the community, school based, and of a classroom.

1.0           Meeting with David de Celis to discuss next week’s visit to the school.

 

1.1          Presented the material we’ve worked on over the past week individually to David.

 

1.2          Met with Andrew Shelburne in the computer lab for a tutorial on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

 

1.3          Briefly discussed Friday’s meeting agenda.

 

1.4          Due: February 27^th – All materials for presentation need to be ready

                Due: February 28^th – Redraw section of the pineapple

 

1.5          For the site visit on Wednesday -  Tyler: handicap accessibility, gym, common areas

   Ricky: auditorium, acoustics

   Ariella: layout/floor plan, students per class, classroom seating

   Francois: parking, exits, security

   Eden: lighting, visibility to community, technology
